To reintroduce the rural community of Ardrossan to prospective buyers, focusing on the introduction of extra-large lots and exciting new amenities in the community.
Chatterson developed a robust marketing campaign with authenticity at top of mind. With the goal of capturing the essence of community living by portraying real moments with real residents, we used families that lived in the community as models for a two-day video and photoshoot. A diverse range of assets, including photography, video, and drone footage, created a multi-dimensional approach to storytelling. These assets were strategically deployed across a variety of mediums, both digital and traditional, maximizing the campaign’s reach and impact. The incorporation of print, billboard, digital, and radio elements created a well-rounded strategy, recognizing the importance of a multi-channel presence to engage a broader audience.
